I made an appointment and gave the salesperson the item# for my dress and the size. She stated that she didn’t have the dress in my color but did have the size. I drove 30 minutes for my appointment. The dress was not there in my size and I had to look up the item number again because the original person I spoke to did not take it down like she said. The sales person I spoke to at the store apologized but my time was wasted. I would give zero stars if I could.
