I've gone twice to try on dresses and the girls are really nice and helpful, I like that they don't try to shove a dress down my throat since I'm very indecisive.
I went here with my mom and my sister looking for a wedding gown, and found one that I really like. However, I really didn't understand what "off the rack" gets you - was there supposed to be a discount? I also felt rushed to make my decision, and the manager pushed us to make a decision and was upset when we didn't want accessories. It just felt really uncomfortable, and it was not obvious to me that returns are not allowed. Should have known, in retrospect, but it felt like the wool was pulled over my eyes.
