got married about a year ago now. I loved my dress, but they do not quote you for alterations until after you purchase the dress and is shipped to their store. Was over $500 for a hem and adding cups. Once you sign the contract, you pretty much have to beg to take the dress back and get your refund, even before they start alterations. They are poor communicators, very judgemental. My mother went in and explained our situation and that we could not afford an additional $500 for a dress that cost $700.
