I am not happy with this place. I wish I would have never went there. Very bad experience.
Absolutely devastated… it all started as soon as I came in. I had an appointment at 1:30pm when I came in Jocelyn was at the front desk.. she told me I didn’t have an appointment. I showed her my confirmation email to prove that yes indeed I did have an appointment. She then told me there was no stylists there to serve us. Picking out my dress was wonderful but getting alterations was a complete nightmare first appointment they called the morning of and canceled my appointment and I live 2 1/2 hours from the store finally got my appointment rescheduled got it all fit to me that day. Then got my appointment scheduled to go pick it up 4 weeks later 2 weeks before my wedding and they HAD NOT TOUCHED MY DRESS STILL PINNED UP! Came here hoping I would have an amazing bridal experience but it was far from that. The only thing good about the place is the workers Delaney And Lanie! Those girls are great. Got my dress here but then getting it altered was the worst, people were hateful as hell. Kept messing up my dress for something that should have been so simple. Had to return almost 8 times for fittings, then want to give me dress at the end all screwed up and unable to be fixed by them. So took it else where. I was indiscisive and couldn't decide on a dress and ended up going twice. I finally found my perfect dress. Each time the consultants were amazing. They made me feel so relaxed and pumped me up as I was body conscious. It was such a wonderful experience!!!
