I had an extremely terrible experience with this shop, my car was kept for almost 8 months before I finally decided to cut my losses and just come pick the car up. Way beyond any reasonable timeframe. And to make things worse all in that time communication was unclear and very inconsistent with said updates I was given. The progress I was told was not where it was at. On top of all that I overpaid for services that were never fully complete, and getting accountability has been frustrating. I would strongly caution others before using their services. The vehicle was in their possession for nearly a year, and when the customer finally got it back, multiple serious issues were still present—or had been made worse. The AC lines were not properly connected, the main wiring harness was damaged, and the transmission was negatively affected during the process.
