Understand that sales can be demanding but a level of disrespect I encountered is unacceptable. A car dealership should make customers feel comfortable and valued, not like an inconvenience. I left David’s Auto Sales feeling frustrated and insulted. I was strongly advised anyone considering purchasing a vehicle to look elsewhere.
My boyfriend has a car through David's and thus far we haven't had any issues what so ever. We know that if we have any issues with making a payment, Lauri will do her best to work with us.
First time purchasing a car from David’s Auto and actually I can say is very good service. I was pretty skeptical about purchasing a car from them, but they really are good people and the staff will work with you. I am one of their favorite customers and any problems that I have they fix it.
