David from Davids auto sales told me my car needed a tune-up, my cousin happened to be working there at the time, so I said alright. They charged me $700. I drove it a mile down the road then it wouldn't go over 15 miles an hour. David then told me that he would sell the car for me at the auction and said he needed the title. I bought a 2012 KIA OPTIMA from David's auto sales back on June 21st 2024 payed cash for the cars plus tax title and tag fee he said i would have my tag in 2 to 3 weeks did not happen been back to lot several time he's never there called and left several messages no response from him ..I've got a Lawyer gonna take him to small claims court ...I thought he was an honest man BUIT NOW I SEE HE';S NOTHING BUT A CROOK AND THIEF ....DON'T BUY FROM HIM STAY AWAY... Bought a car back in March from David. It broken down less then a week later. Got it fixed for 1500.00. We have been calling for weeks to get the correct loan people on the title because the DMV will not let us register. We have called all the numbers listed and they are either disconnected or no longer have a voice mail. So if we pay off the car it won't belong to us. He refuse to contact us back.
