David was a joy work with. He was upfront about the ins and outs of the used van I bought from him. He was thorough in his explanation of the van, outlined the mechanical work they had done to it, provided a CarFax report and took the time to walk me through the paperwork. I haven't had the van very long but its working wonderfully.

How people can give this dealership 5 stars, I have no idea. I give him 1 star for being friendly. I purchased a Subaru Forester from him in Nov last year. Just before Christmas, I noticed that the driver's side high beam was not working. Because it is an OEM LED light system, the whole unit has to be replaced - not just a bulb. I brought this to Mr. David's attention and he promised to replace the light fitting. As of today, I am still waiting to get the replacement. Drove in from Waterloo to pick up a Honda CRV. Was an absolute steal of a deal and the team made sure everything was ready in time for pick up. One small heating issue was noticed after pick up and I brought it back and they fixed it for me the same day under the warranty. Worth the travel and experience!
