Your car lot is awful. The only reason your down payments are low is because you do little to no maintenance on the vehicles after constant repossessions. Problems only seem to get addressed when customers repeatedly call and complain. My mother was sold a vehicle that was infested with roaches and had a faulty air intake system, yet she was still charged a $1,200 down payment. its ashame to repossess someone’s vehicle on Juneteenth, especially after I’ve been a paying customer since last July as well as an African-American😂 hilarious by the way . The same month I welcomed my newborn child into the world, my car was repossessed despite having made payments for nearly a year. Awful experience. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere before purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. The car I purchased had multiple issues, including bad rotors, old air filters, and a horn that didn’t work, creating a serious safety concern. During my visit, I even test-drove another vehicle on the lot with a flat tire, which made me question how thoroughly their vehicles are inspected before being sold.
