While I can’t comment on the services you provide, when provided, I can absolutely comment on the way your customers are treated. Sending someone on the road with their car overheating, telling them if it blows up, it blows up, just to get their car out of your shop is AWFUL. Well.. it did. Before she made it home, and the car is useless now. I realize you need to make money, and provide for your family, but realize so did she.
