He is a nice man but he showed up two hours late. He fixed our leaky washer, but two day later it leaked again. I left 2 messages for him and he never returned my calls. Even if he had a full schedule, I would have appreciated a call back. Now we’re going with someone else.
David responded very quickly, diagnosed and fixed the problem right away, and was nice enough to take the time to show us how to do some basic maintenance on our washer and dishwasher. Highly recommend him.
David was prompt, worked quickly and resolved two issues with our dishwasher in about an hour. Thanks, David.
Returned call in a couple of days, made the repair 2 days later, was focused and conscientious.
We only will try to contact any business a couple times. And when the contact is finally made and they act like you are at a privilege to be speaking with them, that will red flag us to move on!
