I called them up to have them help me find a specific hinge for a refrigerator that was lost in the move and they were able to find it for me. They were courteous and professional on the phone.
I called and received same day service to repair my gas dryer. The service person arrived within 3 hours of calling during a snowstorm. Repairman was polite, efficient, and price was as quoted. He even gave me several tips on how to properly care for my dryer to prevent future problems. Excellent customer service!
