Exceptional care. The front office is wonderful. Sara and Alexis went out of their way to be accommodating - very professional. Dr. Schreier is an amazing surgeon. After my surgery, I left the hospital after a few hours feeling as good as when I arrived.
Extremely disappointing experience. I called the office and was put on hold for over 11 minutes without anyone checking back. When I called again, a different female staff member answered, immediately said “hold please,” and put me on hold again before I could even explain why I was calling. It’s very unprofessional and shows a complete lack of respect for patients’ time. I expected much better communication and courtesy from a medical office.
Did breast cancer surgery on me knowing that the wire was in the wrong place. Removed all normal breast tissue. Irresponsible. Should have had the wire replaced or canceled surgery.
I had such a positive experience with Dr. Schreier and his entire office staff, Sarah and Alexis. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness and care. Dr. Schreier took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable throughout the process.
