I stopped by the David Yurman store in Plano recently and left genuinely impressed with both the selection and the way everything is presented. This was my first time shipping from David Yurman and to say I’m very disappointed is an understatement. Extremely disappointed in the legacy west store, while the issue has been somewhat resolved it’s left a very negative impact on my experience with David yurman as a whole. The ring I ordered (I ordered it on 12/30/25) was not the one I received today (01/02/26) after waiting 15 minutes in store.
