Sandra was extremely helpful and very nice but I would suggest avoiding Helene. Helene was very judgmental, was clearly making eyes to the other employee and gave several odd comments and made the experience very uncomfortable overall. If it was not for Susanne we would not have ended up purchasing at this store.
This is the second time I have been to this location and had a less than pleasant experience. The security man was polite. There was another couple working with a sales person. I saw no others, so started to look around. Another salesperson came to the floor but did not offer assistance. As a new customer came in she helped them immediately. Not this store specifically but ordering online is absolutely horrendous. Place an order they didn't say I would have to sign for it. Then they send a notification that I'm going to have to sign for the package from fedex. They don't send it priority overnight they send it today which means in order to sign for the package you have to stay home the entire day in order to receive your package. Alex is very helpful and friendly. I have come to this location after Rosemont closed several years ago. He is the epitome of excellent customer service.
