I've been to this location twice and both times was not acknowledged or assisted. We spent about 10 minutes in there this last visit without anyone even looking in our direction. I worked with sales people online and via telephone, for my husbands ring, they were very nice and helpful.
Ignored for 10 minutes in a luxury store. I went into the David Yurman store to look for a bracelet as a birthday gift. My husband and I were in the store for about 10 minutes and not a single staff member acknowledged us. I was browsing the displays while my husband sat in the seating area waiting, and no one even said hello. Meanwhile, customers who came in after us were greeted and helped while we were completely ignored.
