Not this store specifically but ordering online is absolutely horrendous. Place an order they didn't say I would have to sign for it. Then they send a notification that I'm going to have to sign for the package from fedex. They don't send it priority overnight they send it today which means in order to sign for the package you have to stay home the entire day in order to receive your package. Alex is very helpful and friendly. I have come to this location after Rosemont closed several years ago. He is the epitome of excellent customer service.
Recently purchased a bracelet for my wife, Ten year wedding anniversary. I have to say the Bracelet went over big. Excellent quality for sure. I also have to say the service at David Yurman is incredible too. Krystal Kmiecik was a sales person. We received Rock Star Service. Two of the managers also helped out. See them again at Christmas.
David Yurman in Oak Brook is absolutely amazing. I worked with Krystal who was kind, compassionate, and spent over an hour helping me pick out the perfect piece. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to spend anything out of my price point. I can’t wait to go back and give her more business. Thank you, Krystal, for making my birthday even more special!
We have often been customers and purchased wedding bands many other jewelry in the past. We recently made another jewelry purchase, but Sandra, who assisted us, provided horrible customer service and had a poor attitude. We had planned on buying more earrings and other jewelry in the future, but we have completely changed our minds and decided we will never buy from DY again because of the experience we had.
