I came in just to see if I could have a bracelet sent off for repair, and I had such a great experience. Even though I wasn’t in to make a big purchase, Joey gave me top notch service that was really warm and welcoming. While I wasn’t planning on buying anything new, I am now planning on going back for a couple of new purchases because I was so impressed with the experience for a simple repair.
Poor customer service.
This location just lost an extremly easy 15k sale. I practically begged them to take my money. They lack in customer service and probably are less inclined to help anyone not dressed ‘well’. Me, my brother and 4 sisters walked in before catching a flight, my brother wanted to buy us all rings to remember the trip, we knew exactly which ones we wanted and just wanted to come in and purchase. The SA who assisted me was not engaging at all. Really saddened me because my experience was not typical of other DY Boutiques.
