Went to buy a gift for my wife. Ericka made the experience a TORTURE to be there. It was like she was doing me a favor. DY, please train your staff to better handle your customers. Oh also, she said that she couldn’t order the size I wanted without a purchase because DY was trying to save on Fedex costs. If this is the case I don’t want to buy jewelry of a maker that is going bankrupt.
I’ve had a terrible experience the last two visits at this location. Both times I’ve waited over 10 minutes until I finally asked a sales associate for assistance. This is extra frustrating since there were people walking in after me who were helped before me and offered refreshments. Even when I was finally helped after I went out of my way to ask for assistance, the service was very cold and it felt like they were being inconvenienced. My fiancée and I had a great experience. What started out as a trip to have part of her collection cleaned ended with a purchase of a new piece. Our salesperson was named Yuliia B. and she was very friendly and extremely helpful. You should definitely ask for her when you visit.
They asked &95 to clean the ring I bought 3 years ago ago
I normally love DY but there was a super long wait, very crowded and unenjoyable shopping experience. Don’t recommend going on the weekend!
