Flawless customer service for many years at Edina Minnesota location
Walked in and the first employee we saw was a young woman leaning against the wall in watching her phone. She didn't look up or acknowledge us. We asked where the men's wedding band are. That employee didn't even turn to face us, and vaguely waved to the back of the store. Another employee "helped" us. He was barely engaged, had nothing to say about the products.
