Outstanding service from Monica S. She took the best care of me and is super knowledgeable about the brand. Offered me water and cleaned my pieces as I browsed. Above and beyond customer service at this location.

Came in for a bangle to start my DY stack. I was assisted by Monica Rodriguez and she was the SWEETEST person ever. Her personality and conversation made this experience the best!! I left with two beautiful flex bracelets thanks to Monica’s suggestions and I am in love with them. Can’t wait to come back❤️

I stopped in for something specific and Vino helped me find exactly what I wanted. The whole process was easy and fun. Customer service and product match, thank you so much!

Atsuko has been amazing to work with. She remembers me by name, is aware of my wish list, follows up with emails, and is very knowledgable about all of the Yurman products. I've purchased several pieces from her now. I highly recommend!
