I love DY and this is the only location I’ve ever gone to for in person shopping. I wish they were more organized about having a queue to serve people in the order they arrive. However, I’ve never waited an extremely long time to be helped. Everyone here is always kind and welcoming. I’ve never had a bad experience!
This is a nice store. I’ve shopped here twice, once for something entry-level and once for something mid-level. Both visits were exceptional. They’ll treat you respectfully no matter what you’re looking for and the sales associates are chill. Jennifer was my sales associate. I was in a bit of a bind — I needed to pick up a birthday present last minute and ended up getting stuck in traffic. I wasn’t sure I’d make it before the store closed, but I gave them a call, and they were incredibly accommodating.
