If I could give this location 100 stars, I would! Dixie is a complete gem. She is always so kind, helpful, and patient. Everyone in the store is friendly and eager to help you. They helped make my 40th birthday so memorable. I will always be grateful for that. The beautiful jewelry is the cherry on top!!

Last Wednesday, I visited the David Yurman store in Frontenac to purchase a birthday gift for myself. The security guard welcomed me. The sales staff did not. Despite the store’s small size and low traffic, the sales staff observed me but never asked if I needed assistance. I wish I could give zero stars but then I wouldn't be able to write this negative review. My sister and I had gone into this location this afternoon. We were ignored by sales staff during the entirety of our visit. We observed that all sales people acknowledged every other person who walked in after us, yet we were ignored and treated as if we were invisible.
