Last Wednesday, I visited the David Yurman store in Frontenac to purchase a birthday gift for myself. The security guard welcomed me. The sales staff did not. Despite the store’s small size and low traffic, the sales staff observed me but never asked if I needed assistance. I wish I could give zero stars but then I wouldn't be able to write this negative review. My sister and I had gone into this location this afternoon. We were ignored by sales staff during the entirety of our visit. We observed that all sales people acknowledged every other person who walked in after us, yet we were ignored and treated as if we were invisible. When to store yesterday. Was asked if Im browsing or buying at door . Said we'll Im not to sure. The lady said cause we have lines. I thought it was off character of how DY should speak to customers . Me and my son just left . You guys are better than that.
