The store is a prime example of corporate greed. Highly overrated for the jewelry that they sell
I recently bought a chain from David Yurman and noticed it developed some kinks pretty quickly. I brought it into the store for repair, and their customer service was excellent throughout the whole process. Instead of just repairing it, they ended up sending me a brand new replacement chain. While I was disappointed with the original issue, I really appreciated how professionally and quickly they handled everything. Great customer service and they definitely stood behind their product.
John was a wonderful ambassador today. Friendly and approachable excellent to chat with and loved that he explained the inspiration to the item I was interested in. Definitely look for him when shopping.
I must not have had the "rude" person. Cause my experience was great. I was greeted, I was taken care of quickly, offered a water, given any needed info.
