It’s unfortunate but my first purchase with DY will be my last. I was told by the associate that shortening of a bracket was complimentary. If I could go beyond FIVE stars I would! When you shop at Yurman you KNOW you’re getting quality…when you shop this Scottsdale location you’re getting that with impeccable service! One of my favorite jewelers for a long time. Timeless looks without being too over the top.
Natalie and Karen were so nice and friendly .
I went in not knowing any of my ring sizes. I felt pretty silly asking an associate, knowing I wouldn’t be purchasing yet, to help me size literally every finger. Raúl was able to help me and made my anxiety a bit better through the process. I don’t like wasting peoples time and I felt truly comfortable at this store. Due to that experience alone I will be returning when I am ready to purchase. Raúl, thank you SO much for your patience and kindness.
