After a few bad experiences I have decided to seek care elsewhere. They either don't keep great records or they aren't reading them and patient care is not a priority. After speaking to a new doctor about some of my experiences, it was confirmed that I was receiving substandard care at Revere.
Extremely inaccurate record keeping throughout several areas, despite going over all of the details in the office. Whispering nurses. And neglects duties for the preservation of time. Money and time foolishly spent. NOTHING happened that couldn't have been done over the phone.
Not the experience I was hoping for. The office was running behind and after waiting for 50 minutes, I was told I was not going to be seen due to the doctor having to leave. Would not recommend this office, very disappointed to say the least.
Nursing staff was great, very friendly. Dr was friendly, answered my questions and wasn't in a hurry. Completed my exam quickly and professionally.
