My appointment went really well. The staff was very kind and helpful. They explained everything that I had to do, and answered any questions that I had. This includes the Dr.!
He was kind and courteous. And he made me feel comfortable talking about my health problems. Good man
Dr. Yin has been a pleasure to work with. I’ve been in his care since September 2025. He’s a man of few words lol but he answers all of my questions and assures me that I’m making progress which I appreciate. The staff at Texas Oncology is also super sweet from the front desk to the lab nurses to the nurses. I wish calls went a little smoother since it takes anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes to get ahold of anyone so expect long waiting times while calling.
Dr. Yen is thorough and makes you feel like you are his most important patient. Staff is courteous and efficient.
