If I could give 0 stars I would. The way my father was treated this morning was very upsetting and unfortunate. My father is elderly, dealing with worsening cancer, and was left to sit in the lobby for almost three hours waiting to be seen. The office staff treated him as if they were irritated and no one wanted to accept responsibility for dropping the ball with his appointment. Dr Yao is an incredible doctor. He has taken care of me for many years. His new office is amazing with well staffed technicians and staff. I had echo cardiogram which was the best I have ever received. The new equipment is state of the art. The technician, Iloy, demonstrated care, consideration, and knowledge while the test was administered. He explained why it was so important to get the best results by positioning me a certain way.
