This morning I called the office to check if they take my insurance. The lady who took my call was super rude. I asked if she can help me check the insurance and SHE SAID NOTHING BUT PUT ME ON A HOLD without letting me know. I waited on the line for 10min and was hoping to get an answer.
Dr. Wu has always been patient and kind enough to answer all of my questions without being condescending. I highly recommend him.
Dr.Wu was attentive and was able to see me in an emergency visit. Very knowledgeable and address all my concerns. He clearly explained the test results and listened and answered all my concerns. Even with telehealth calls he is very professional and cortious also informative. He is now my main Urology specialist.
