I've been w them for 4 years now & in that time, they have picked up the phone MAYBE 2 times. Otherwise, you have to leave a message and wait for a call back. He has 1 person managing the entire agency & although she is very nice, there's no way she can provide services to all of his clients w/o long wait times. Trying to go into the office & bypass the phone, which I've tried 3 times, also results in a wait...once again, one person doing all the work. I hope he pays her well.
