Great place to get your gorgeous hair :) !!! I don't really understand where all the negative reviews about this salon are coming from. It's been around (Johns Creek location) for 3 years now, and they have very solid clients list (otherwise wouldn't be able to stay in business in that pricy neighborhood). The staff is very professional, the atmosphere is both comfortable and cool/modern, you are served with drinks you crave, everybody's very polite and attentive. BEWARE! Worst salon and people! I was there for over 6 hours, with my scalp burning by the 3rd color application and when i told the stylist- she did nothing and left it on! She could not get the color right and at the end overcharged me! Last, did not accept my sweetjack coupon and was so rude that I had to get out of there! I now have to go elsewhere to get the color corrected and wasted an entire day! This place does not know what they are doing, has no customer service skills, and is over priced! BEWARE!

Jessica has been my stylist for four years. She is talented in many different hair cuts and does an excellent job with color. I love the atmosphere of the salon - it is trendy and fun!
