After my dentist retired, my family had to find a new dentist. Dr. Wilcox is highly credible! My family has been pleased to be in his care. I’ve had a couple veiner emergencies, they’re always quick to help same day. Thank you Dr. Wilcox and staff
Dr. Wilcox has been the dentist for our family of five for years and he has been an excellent provider. On several occasions we have had some sort of dental emergency for our kids (sports injury, toddler toothache, etc) and Dr. Wilcox will see us on the same-day, free of charge. His staff is professional and friendly, scheduling is always very easy and we look forward to our dental visits! Great office, highly recommend.
Before coming here I rarely visited the dentist out of fear and cost. I came here on a recommendation from a friend, and I have never been so happy with a dentist in my life. I had all four wisdom teeth come in and was so scared of having to get them removed. But seeing Dr. Wilcox was the best decision I made. Great preventative care. The Dr is wonderful. However. horrible billing practices and his billing people are defensive and patronizing. They recently combined my Cigna and my wife's Medicare on a single account without consulting us first (and it has caused confusion). When asked why they started doing this, they rudely told me I should have requested separate accounts previously (event though I have previous statements indicating otherwise) previously.
