I went to this doctor after being recommended highly. I had excruciating leg pain and after I explained it to him, he rolled his eyes and told me nothing was wrong. Come to find, I had Lyme disease and a co-infections and as soon as I was treated with a 2 month course of antibiotics, the pain went away. The attitude and condescending nature is beyond disturbing.
Wonderful man and doctor. Best bedside manner EVER. Caring and experienced.
Extremely negative experience. Did not listen at all and made rude comments. Left the office in tears. I would look elsewhere for a rheumatologist.
Dr. Widman is, by far, the absolutely the BEST rheumatologist! He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced AND is one of the most caring people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. I just wish all physicians were like him. Update Aug-2023.. A few years have passed since my initial “review”.
