Dr. Whitmer is one of the kindest and most caring physicians I have ever been under the care of. He is a great asset to Liberty Hospital and after seeing several other doctors, he was the one who gave me reassurance and put me on track with the specialists I needed to see to get formally diagnosed and treated.
