Had amazing experience with Edwin and Lauren. Corporate was horrible, but the office in Needham was able to resolve my problems easily. Highly recommend going to them directly instead of through corporate. ☺️
I had a great experience working with Edwin (contractor at GEA). He worked very hard to help me get a quote and made sure to work with me throughout the entire process. Since this was my first experience getting auto insurance, I truly appreciated how easy and stress-free Edwin and Geico made everything. Excellent customer service and support, highly recommend!
tasha was the nicest employee and most helpful, i spent all morning calling speaking to different agents from 9 am to 1 pm and when i finally got tasha she handled everything for me within 10 minutes!!!! i cannot thank her enough she was so pleasant really made my day
Michael (Mike) Sabatino is one of those agents that make customers want to stay away for fear of being ripped off by his salesman’s tactics. Stay away from this personnel.
