Please do not use this company, especially if you are a Senior Citizen. Brad Tarter and David Zook sold us a Life insurance policy while I was in my 60's and my brother was in his 50's. We both were led to believe we were being sold an annuity plan which would grow for us. This was in 2016 when the stock market was doing well. If Dennis Culver exemplifies the values and characteristics of this firm, I would choose to conduct my business with another company. The individual displayed abhorrent behavior by being impolite, disrespectful, and excessively patronizing, in addition to lacking serious intelligence. I have been dealing with Mr. Howard Barto. We had an issue with our insurance policy. That issue was handled promptly with an excellent result. We could not have been happier with the service we received from this firm.
