I have been seeing this provider for a year and a half now. He and his office have committed a number of errors in filling my prescriptions, wasting my time and money. However, the more unethical issue is that he is forcing me to schedule office visits every six (6) months, in order to refill a prescription that I have been taking, unchanged, for over 10 years.
