We had a very disappointing experience trying to sell our sailboat with Emily Kroher. I wasn’t going to post anything, but after receiving one of the most unprofessional emails I’ve seen in my 20 years working in marketing, beginning with (no subject) as the subject line — on the first day of the Annapolis Sailboat Show, no less, I felt compelled to share. The broker reacted very fast and came up with several interested potential buyers. We organized within 1 week video views and immediately we had a spot on bid. Dailey stayed very active and supported us all along the way. Great service!

We trusted DWY to promote and potentially sell our '92 Pacific Seacraft 37. We were assured that the team in Annapolis would use their vast resources and do everything they can to sell her. Instead, we were pawned off to a junior sales person who would rather race and deliver boats than put a marketing plan together. Countless emails, texts, and phone calls went unanswered. Even when I copied the management my emails were unanswered. Essentially, we were ignored. If you have an older boat to sell, look for another broker.
