I have a pathetic experience with the staff at this location. They are most non professional and non cooperative staff i have ever seen. I have my 10 year old daughter hospitalized at advocate luthern hospital under dr Walner's care and scheduled my 2 year old daughter at this location with dr Walner. I went there from the hospital, leaving behind my hospitalized daughter and when i reached there and asked to just guide me a bit how to reach their building which is located in the middle of the mall without any sign board, th... read more
He is a great ENT. My 4 year old son has had tubes put in and adenoids and tonsils removed with no complications. All of the procedures went really well and his visits are informative and pleasant. I would highly recommend him. He is worth the wait.
