Dr. Walner has been very thorough and professional!
The Doctors and staff are always very Nice & Professional. It's a well ran office!
Had an appointment scheduled and Waited for over an hour and 15 Minutes for the doctor. Would have been helpful to receive communication that the doctor was running behind. There was not any acknowledgment or apology of the long wait.
I was incredibly disappointed and frustrated to have to wait a little OVER AN HOUR with three young children (2 toddlers and a baby). This lack of respect for time is something no one should have to tolerate. When Dr. Walner did finally come in (at that point my typically well behaved children were completely stir crazy from waiting in a small room for so long), I didn’t even get his professional opinion on whether or not to treat my kids. So now I need to start over and find someone who will actually advise me on what to do... read more
