I’ve had good experiences with the hygienists and front desk, and the care itself has always been solid. However, my interaction with billing was very disappointing. I was fine paying a $35 late cancellation fee, but the representative was rude, condescending, and unprofessional—she even hung up on me and refused to explain the charge. They really need to improve their billing customer service.
Hygienist did a very good job.
I have been a patient of Dr. Wilson for several years. I have never had a disappointing visit.
