I continue to be impressed with the knowledge, professionalism, courtesy and the general camaraderie of the staff. Dr. Wilson puts you at ease with his funny life experiences and he encourages to maintain proper dental care.
I had chipped a tooth and Dr. Wilson’s office fit me in. Tooth was repaired and the experience was the best. The doctor and his entire staff were so nice & professional. It was a pleasure to be there.
Each hygienist I've seen there has had a bad bedside manner and subtly belittle me. The dentist is polite enough but conversations he is having in his office I presume can be heard quite clearly in the exam rooms. I have noticed this on every visit. They seem to have a vested interest in farming your next procedure to a Dothan Specialist...things that can and will be happily done by another local dentist office. All of the personnel including receptionist, accounts manager, & dental hygienist were incredibly helpful, kind, patient & respectful of my 90 year-old father with dementia & me when we visited Dr. Wilson’s office this week. My interactions with Dr. Wilson made it clear why this often overlooked positive treatment is the norm for this practice. He models this behavior.
