He was rude to me at my appointment. He hurt my feelings the way he talked about why I would try to fix my hearing at this point in life. I was only 45! I would hope I’d have a lot more life to live.
I have been to see Dr. Herendeen for several visits with the same complaint. He doesn't listen, cuts you off, and rushes out the door. Terrible bedside manner and clearly doesn't care about his patients. Get them in and get them out. I will not be returning as I have put enough money in this man's pocket and have gotten absolutely nothing out of it. I will be seeing my family physican again for a referal to a doctor who actually cares and wants to help.

I normally don't do reviews but since the office continues to ask for it, here ya go. He acted as if he had no time to address my concerns or questions this day. In & out within seconds it felt like. I had to go to yet another doctor, AFTER WAITING MONTHS TO BE SEEN HERE, for my issue to be taken care of. I kept telling him, along with 2 others (nurse & then whoever does hearing test) how much pain I was in, my ear would drip pus, etc & was told it was tmj.
