My appointment was at 2:30. I arrived at 2:20. The audiologist was late. My appointment was at 3:00 for the ENT and he arrived close to 4:30. Because of the lack of promptness of your employees I was late for my 5:30 appointment! I was very frustrated with my Bayhealth experience!!!!!!
As before, he was professional and the procedure was done efficiently. He recommended what I should do to keep the problem in check and what to expect on my next visit.
