HORRIBLE....called the answering service on a Saturday afternoon to see if the Dr. could phone in a script for my 2 sick kids.Waited over 2 hrs. and no call back. I called again and the service said she paged him several times and would keep trying. I told her that the kids had diarrhea and all I wanted was either a script called in or IF HE COULD JUST TELL ME what type of over the counter to give them .Still waited several more hours and NO CALL BACK. My son just started going to him today was our first visit !! He was awesome and listened to me like he cared!!! Loooove the friendly staff too!! god bless him !
Dr Powers has been a God send he is the best ped. in Inverness I loved him and so did my kids. He knew exactly what tests to run on my son when he got sick and was good to my other two kids, as well. I highly recomend him to anyone who is looking for a thorough Dr. and who is going to treat you with respect and your kids.
I went to Doc Powers as a young teen and my three children do now. I drive twenty-three miles and I have never thought about going any where else. I put all my trust in Doc Powers and his staff to treat my children and their medical needs.
Ever wish your Grandpa was a doctor? Doc Powers is like that. I have 5 kids, and they all go there. Doc Powers and the staff are genuinely conscerned, and are as friendly as your next-door neighbors. I recomend them to everyone. I drive 25 miles to see them, and I've never been let down. They are very proffesional, and always get the diagnosis right the first time, with the right treatment or prescription. Bottom line, very knowlegdeable, very gentle with the little ones. You won't be dissapointed.
I have always gone to Dr. Powers and I have had nothing but positive experiences. He is an excellent doctor and I would recommend him to anyone.
