Randomly dropped out after asking to be appointed, told the magistrate that it was because we didnt have the same viewpoint on how the case should be fought, yet he literally never spoke to me about the case. We found out he dropped out because the magistrate sent a letter. Called and got no awnser from his wife on why. Obnoxious, arrogant, and overall just a poor excuse for an attorney.
All I can say is… Takes your money, doesn't do anything for you or your Case, is rude as hell, getting too old for the job... Not a good criminal defense attorney since he pretty much works for the county. Would not recommend ever again! Very rude person and because of him my husband is doing time he should not be doing! And the plea deal wasn't really clear, because now he's doing over Max his time, when he should be Doing either the minimum or the maximum. Not a year Over the maximum above. He’s a beast! Came into court and was amazing had everything ready and was ready to fight! Highly highly recommended! He’s sweet kind and understanding!! Wouldn’t go to anyone else!
