Dr. Lemos performed surgery on my right ankle in 2013. I had a 6 cm tear in my peroneal tendon, but we didn't know that until the surgery itself- physical examination and the MRI had only revealed a mass. Every interaction I had with Dr. Lemos was pleasant and informative. I never left with questions unanswered, nor did I feel like our meetings were rushed. His surgical performance was exemplary, I enjoyed his bedside manner, and I would not hesitate to use his services again if I were in need.
Saw Dr David Lemos. Felt like i was a pain to the doctor just by scheduling an apt, doctor could not articulate how physical training would help. When asked questions he couldnt answer the root cause of issue. He also proceeded to do a 5 min exam, when previous exams provided the answers he was looking for. He proceeded to disagree with his own practice and say i need therapy instead of surgery which he was recommended for. He says surgery is more damage then having a torn miniscus.
