One of the worst experiences with a physician I’ve ever had. Does not listen to the patient. Too bad he has become associated with kerlan Jobe. I will take my business elsewhere
Had a great appointment with Dr. Kruse! He took his time and made sure that i understood everything he was explaining about my knees, along with the several treatments available. He answered all my questions. Friendly and compassionate. I definitely recommend him for anything knee or leg related!
Pretty terrible experience. Kruse ordered two MRI’s one of which I never got the results. The results I did get didn’t coincide with what the surgeon was seeing on a basic X-ray. Kruse nor anyone in his office were helpful in getting the mri looked at again. No one was helpful and meanwhile my career was on hold. Had a specialist review everything and he called Kruse “negligent and irresponsible” with my case. I agree 100%. He delayed my care and abandoned me as a patient. Would not recommend seeing Kruse or getting an MRI a... read more

The doctor is great, but do not expect to get any results or records in a timely fashion. The amount of phone tag and miscommunication I have engaged in, due to the front desk staff, is unacceptable. I do recommend the doctor if it is a one time visit and you do not expect to receive records for another doctor. But overall I do not recommend this office due to the ill communication of the front desk.
