Truly a disaster. Most uncaring doctor. Really disappointing. Try to find some else before using him. Basically charged me for a visit that he threw me out of. I didn’t have any dirty tests. He just said I was never getting better. And he didn’t like that. Unfortunately not too many doctors understand rheumatology arthritis nor are they willing to help. Or find the help you need. So so sad what medical care has come to.
Dr Krueger is great.
I've have had many visits with Dr. Krueger, he kept telling me there are only 5 kinds of pain but, could not fix any pain that I had. I hurt so bad I had Bladder cancer and did not know it. It turns out I have had a deep bone infection from Dr. Colon's second failed lumbar surgery at NCH. Also the second patient with bone infection from this facility in the last 22 months, I'm now in ICU for a bone infection, 22 months of torture and still could not properly diagnose. A disaster from beginning to end of the first appt. It took him 5 days to send Prescriptions out for me, 6 days for my wife, and he didn't even send the right medication. The Pharmacy said they would not fill his stuff for us again because he did not follow the Guidelines. His assistant was more interested in going home than taking care of what we needed. Truly a disappointment to say the least!
