He is a awesome doctor
Can never get anyone on the phone. Hardly ever get a call back. No one calls with results of tests ran. Very poor communication
My 3 stars is not about the office staff or Dr. Koury. It is about the telephone service. I feel 100% better when I actually speak with someone. Im never sure they get my message. It is not reassuring & doesnt make for good customer relations.
