Has been our trusted family doctor for many years. Easy to talk to, friendly, yet professional. Knowledgeable in many areas and good about referrals if specialist is needed.
first appointment: he was 45 minutes late without explanation or excuse. He is very controlling and made it clear that treatment with him was his way or the highway - when presented with this choice, always chose the highway. Made recommendations based on nearly no knowledge. Over stepped his authority several times in the initial appointment. will never return. the worst doctor encountered in many years. if you have a brain, he's not for you.
Dr. Janeway has been my doctor since 2009. I have 100% confidence in the outstanding care he provides to me. He is personable, intuitive, and works with me as a partner in my health. I'm very thankful to have found him and and to have established a relationship as one of his patients. He cares about my health and longetivity. The staff is friendly. I seldom wait for more than five minutes before being taken to an examination room.
I was referred to Dr. Janeway & was really looking forward to finally have a good doctor. I've never felt so unsafe about my life being in a doctors hands as he's made me feel. He doesn't listen to concerns, I tell him about issues I'm having & instead of looking into them, he just prescribes medications for what he "guesses it is" without even examining the area of concern. Every appt I go to, he's no less than 15-20 min late & one time 40 min! If you're late you get charged!
Dr. Janeway is the best doctor i have ever been too. He listens to what you have to say and helps you with all your problems and questions that you may have. He delivered both of my children and was their pediatrition until we moved away. I would recomend him to anyone. He is the Best! Sincerely, the Case Family
If you want a through and compassionate doctor, one you can speak to with out restraint, one who can handle the entire famiy....You will have to look for eons to find a doctor who will ever compare. If you think I am recommending him, I am. I have never recommened any profession in my entire life, but have been recommending Dr Janeway since he joined Whitehorse. You wont regret this recommendation, this is a doctor will have complete confidence. Good luck.
