Years ago I had a negative experience with Dr. Harder. I requested a copy of the clinical records he made regarding our therapy. He refused. I went to a lawyer and paid for a letter to be sent requesting those documents. Eventually, Dr. Harder sent them to my lawyer. My lawyer sent them to me. When I read them that confirmed my hunch that we were not a good fit for working together in therapy. I hope others don't have the unfortunate experience I did.
