Dr Yonick, nurse Hannah and Kelly have all been super nice an made my whole process easy an comfortable! The office was fast to get me an all listened to all my questions and concerns! I had a panniculectomy done last monday an everytime I have a question nurse Hannah has been super fast responding on the portal!! Thank you dr yonick an team!!
Ruined my life with a terrible surgery I didn’t even need
On June 24th I had breast reduction surgery and couldn’t asked for a better doctor to perform my surgery. Dr Yonick did an incredible job. He was honest, very professional. Tomorrow I go in for my post op at his office. The whole staff is friendly and attentive. Mercy Hospital was Amazing. The nurses and techs were all fantastic and made my overnight stay comfortable and kind of fun. I have no pain and taking only Extra Strength Tylenol or ibuprofen. Dr. Yonick, thank you soooo much! Dr. Yonick, his nurse, Hannah, and the office manager, Kelly at Mercy were absolutely fantastic. They advocated for me for a medically necessary procedure that I was told by another well known office (NOT Mercy) wouldn't be covered. I received insurance approval within about 24 business hours without needing to appeal or anything. This practice cares more about profit than safety and preference of patient. (My dermatologist agreed and validated me when I shared my experience with this docs office that they were wanting a path that was risky for patient to use and medically unnecessary options. This other doc wanted this docs name to make sure they would steer future patients away from them.) I very rarely leave negative reviews. But wholly felt disrespected, used, and unheard.
