Overall, i was disappointed with the work flow, lack of communication, and end result and I wouldnt recommend this company for any small job. The glass portion of this rail turned out well, in all fairness. What didnt turn out well is the wood railings. The stain job was terrible and the wood used on the wall was very different than the wood used on the glass border. I wouldnt have been so upset about it if the wood had been cheap, but this part of the job cost $1365. I even provided the company with the stain i wanted them ... read more
David Viera and his team put in a stainless steel staircase many years ago ( 2019 ). After many years (2025) some of the railing needed a few adjustments. He came out fixed whatever needed to be fixed and did not charge us. I would highly recommend his business. It all about customer service!
