No complaints on the food, everyone thoroughly enjoyed. 2 stars given because the food arrived over an hour late and when tried to call to find out where it was no one picked up the phone. I was told I would receive a call back from the delivery manager to make it right, but of course, no call. I called back again and was told they would get back to me right away, and 3 weeks later I have still not received a call back. Horrible customer service.
I cannot recommend David. Numerous times before the event, we discussed a specific item I wanted to have served. When he arrived, he did not have it and acted like he had never heard about it, despite us discussion it one on one many times. I also didn't like that he asked for a tip before the event, not after. I did not think his service deserved a tip. He made the most stressful day of my life even more stressful.
David made my 50th at-home birthday celebration dinner a lifetime memory. Absolutely fantastic, curated experience. We worked with David to tailor a 7 course tasting menu with wine pairing for 12. We’ve dined in multiple Eric Ripert restaurants (Blue/le Bernadin) and David created an on par experience in our home!
Working with David and his team was a fantastic experience! My client and I hired him for a 50th birthday party private event and he was wonderful. He was great to work with, was excellent to communicate with and he and his team were flexible as plans changed throughout the night. Highly recommend and I look forward to working with him again in the future!
Working with Chef David and his team was a 10/10 experience! We recently hired them for our anniversary party for around 30 people for passed apps and a buffet and the party went to perfection! From menu selection to service, everything was so easy working with their team. We had a fully gluten free menu which was incredible and not an issue for them whatsoever.
